2. Subject Matter of Contract and Scope of Services

2.1 The Provider operates a web-based platform called ADEN for Angular developers.

2.2 Against payment, the Customer receives access to digital content, in particular:

  • A UI component library (source code),
  • Technical documentation,
  • Guides and learning content on architecture and best practices.

2.3 Access is provided via a personal user account and is delivered exclusively in digital form.

3. User Account

3.1 Registration of a user account is required to use the paid content.

3.2 The Customer is obliged to keep access credentials confidential. Sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.

4.2 The purchase contract for the digital products is concluded between the Customer and Lemon Squeezy. The terms and conditions of Lemon Squeezy apply additionally to the payment process.

4.3 The Provider (ADEN) grants the Customer access to the content once the successful payment has been confirmed by Lemon Squeezy.

5. Usage Rights & License

5.1 The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive, perpetual, and non-transferable right to use the provided UI components and code for personal and commercial projects.

5.2 Allowed: The Customer may use the components to build websites, web applications, and software for themselves or for their clients.

5.3 Prohibited: The Customer is not allowed to resell, redistribute, or sub-license the UI library, the source code, or parts of it as a stand-alone product, boilerplate, or competing library.

6. Contract Duration (Lifetime Access)

6.1 "Lifetime Access" refers to the duration of the existence of the platform. The Customer receives access to the content available at the time of purchase and future updates included in the specific plan.

7. Liability

7.1 The Provider is liable without limitation for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7.2 For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

8.1 Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal: The Customer expressly agrees that the Provider shall begin with the execution of the contract (granting access to the digital code/platform) before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. The Customer acknowledges that by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once the execution has begun.

8.2 Further information and the withdrawal form can be found here: Right of Withdrawal Information
